Fund Distributions

Capital Gains
Each of the Hennessy Funds will make distributions of capital gains (if any) once annually, usually in November or December.

Dividends and Net Investment Income
Ordinary income distributions for the Hennessy Equity and Income, Hennessy Gas Utility Index, Hennessy Balanced and Hennessy Total Return Funds are paid quarterly at the end of March, June, September and December. Ordinary income distributions for the Hennessy Core Bond Fund are paid monthly.

Ordinary income distributions for the remainder of the Hennessy Funds are paid annually, usually in December.
