Capital Gains
Each of the Hennessy Funds will make distributions of capital
gains (if any) once annually, usually in November or December.
Dividends and Net Investment Income
The Hennessy Cornerstone Growth, Hennessy Focus 30, Hennessy Cornerstone Large Growth, Hennessy Cornerstone
Value, Hennessy Select Large Value, Hennessy Select SPARX Japan and Hennessy Select SPARX Japan Smaller Companies Funds will make distributions of dividends (if any)
once annually, usually in November or December. The Hennessy
Total Return and Hennessy Balanced Funds will make distributions
of dividends and net investment income quarterly, usually
in March, June, September and December.
