October 31, 2011 - The Hennessy Cornerstone Growth Fund, Series II has merged into the Hennessy Cornerstone Growth Fund. Based on closing prices on October 28th, for every share of Cornerstone Growth Fund, Series II, shareholders will receive 1.4437 shares of Cornerstone Growth Fund.
